FEM-optimised for increased tool life and small feed rate when bar turning — stainless, cast iron, non-ferrous, and exotic materials.

Example: CCGT 120408FN-LMF+. Stainless steel grade "1279": depth of cut 0.05–1.35 mm, feed 0.02–0.10 mm. Uncoated grade H216T (cast iron/non-ferrous/exotic): depth of cut 1.5–6.5 mm, feed 0.50–0.20 mm. Rated for consistent and inconsistent cutting depth; interrupted cuts available on request.
