Das Sortiment an Einstichwerkzeugen von Galtona (Metrisches Einstichkatalog) umfasst Wendeschneidplattensysteme und Werkzeughalter für Abstech-, Einstich- und Drehbearbeitungen: doppelseitige (GD), einseitige (GO und GS) und axiale (GA) Wendeschneidplatten in sieben Spanbrechergeometrien (M1, F1, ST1, T, M, MM, LM) für Stahl, Edelstahl, Gusseisen, Sonderlegierungen und Nichteisenmetalle.
Die Werkzeughalter umfassen Monoblock-Außenhalter (Standard und verstärkt, optional mit Innenkühlung), Ausdrehstangen für Inneneinstiche, das modulare axiale Einstichsystem Modul GA / Modulhalter sowie gehärtete Abstechmesser (GBN/GBR/GBL) mit passenden Spannblöcken.
Wie bei allen Werkzeugen von Galtona können auch hier kundenspezifische Rohlinge, Halbzeuge und Fertigprodukte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden entwickelt werden, falls die Standardwerkzeuge aus dem Katalog nicht den spezifischen Anforderungen entsprechen.

Spare parts: Clamping screw M6.0×25 (MM22485, no-cooling block), grub screw M6.0×8 (MM11960993) and clamping screw M6.0×12 (MM11776816, cooled block).
How to use the system: (1) insert the mounting key with the handle towards the front into the 2 tool location points; (2) move the key in the direction of the arrows to open the insert seat; (3) position the insert pressing it against the location face; (4) move the key forward to lock the seat and clamp the insert securely. Always maintain tension on the key while changing inserts.
