General Overview
SSM-HFC high-feed milling — XPLT, XDLT, XDLX, and XOLT inserts across three cutter sizes.
Applications: Face milling, angled milling, helical plunging, plunge milling, profile milling, pocket milling, slot milling.
Chipbreakers: HCM — steel, cast iron (secondary). SCM — stainless steel, titanium (secondary).
Customer benefits: Feed rates up to 3 mm/tooth with closely pitched tools for very high chip removal rates. Maximal tool life from HyperCoat coating. Maximised economy with 4 cutting edges. Reduced machining noise and vibration from light cutting geometries. Coolant holes with minimum-quantity lubrication design.
Available in 3 insert sizes: IC07, IC10, IC13.
